Karli graduated with a degree from the University of Lethbridge, in addition to her extensive training in Behaviour Analysis, providing a great support to the students at Christ Church Preschool.

Karli worked in the private school sector for over 20 years, before joining our team 9 years ago. 

Flavia is a parent alumna of Christ Church Preschool, and has pursued her passion by gaining a certificate in early childhood education. Flavia is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education and Development Diploma program to deepen her knowledge and skillsets.

 

She graduated from the University Pontifícia Católica de Campinas with a B.S in Nutrition with a Post Graduate in metabolic disorders and heart disease nutrition from the Centro de extensão universitária of São Paulo.

Anna is an Early Childhood Educator with 13 years of experience. She holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English and German Translation and Interpreting.

 

She believes in leading by example and modelling kindness, respect, and curiosity. Anna especially enjoys outdoor play, nature exploration, movement, healthy habits, and creative activities that inspire children to learn through hands-on experiences.

 

Born in Chile to German immigrant parents, Anna has a passion for languages, reading, and different cultures. Outside of teaching, she loves being active outdoors scrambling, exploring nature, and enjoying a good book. She also has three very fluffy cats!

Joni holds degrees, in Music (Voice), and Education, as well as graduate diplomas in Fine Arts (Kodaly) and Teacher Education and Supervision from the University of Calgary.  

 

Ms. Joni was a teacher with CBE, teaching Music, Kindergarten and Foods and Nutrition, and most recently was a Resource teacher at Willow Park Fine Arts School. 

Julie earned her University degree in Business and Communications, before beginning her career in Natural Gas Marketing.  She later chose to focus on raising her family in the community of Elbow Park, where she grew up.  

 

Julie has always had a passion for learning and education.  Over the years, she spent time volunteering with children through reading programs and in the classroom.  These experiences sparked her interest in working with young children and inspired her to pursue her Early Childhood Education Certification.  Julie brings warmth, creativity and patience to the classroom and values creating an environment where children feel comfortable and excited to learn.  She is looking forward to her tenth year at Christ Church Preschool.  

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

 

She is an Early Childhood Educator and an Early Learning Specialist who has excellent understanding of child development, employing various skills and strategies to support children with varying development delays.

With a background in Human Resources and finance, in such industries as Banking, Information Technology Consulting, and Oil & Gas, Heather holds the role of Program Director at Christ Church Preschool.

A member of the Elbow Park community for 20 years, and a parent alumna of the school, she provides loving support and guidance for the preschool community and staff.
